Featured Project. As the producer of this promotional video, I pulled together multiple sources of media and information under a tight schedule. Marking the launch of the first International Development Association (IDA) bond, it attracted investors from around the world.

Educating and Informing

While I can address specific graphic design and illustration needs, I typically use these skills in conjunction with larger media pieces. Here that meant showcasing via video a healthcare initiative in Panama to increase its financing by appealing to new audiences. I enhanced and recut existing footage, so that the final product focused more on informing—and engaging—the audience around how projects work.

I did extensive location shooting in Colombia and Mexico to offer a new perspective on a major transportation project and an energy efficiency project by showcasing their impacts on the local residents. Providing a complete video solution for the client, I also handled the scriptwriting, storyboarding, editing, and even the music mixing and sound design.

Spotlighting and Advocating

When a public figure needed a fundraising video, my background in combating misinformation made us a good fit. The challenge here: set the record straight on her work while capturing the ordeal of being defamed and making it relatable. The end result enabled her to pursue legal action.

Celebrating and Commemorating

To celebrate organizational leadership, I produced a series of tribute videos. These entailed both conducting interviews and coordinating with other producers who were filming their own interviews across multiple continents. These were shown at high-level internal screenings and distributed to the appreciative participants.

The U.S. Peace Corps and its volunteers played a vital role in Ukraine in the post-Soviet years, and for a nonprofit oral history project I created media to honor its legacy. This entailed condensing much longer videos and sourcing music so that the end result was a series of engaging, bite-sized clips that were shared widely across social media and throughout the Peace Corps community.
